Big Room for short term let in great location

Big room in an old house for short-term sublet. Kitchen and toilet shared with two professional flatmates. They're quiet and respectful but really friendly and we get along well.

The area is really well located next to Sheffield Hallam University campus, local amenities like a gym and Eccelsall Road. The city centre is 10 minutes away on foot.

I'm leaving for a trip from 25th Jan to 17th April, so this room is available between those two dates.

There's one shared bathroom with sink, bath and shower and a separate shared toilet with a sink.
The kitchen is big and well furnished with lots of utensils available for use.

One half of the big fridge and part of the freezer are available for use.
