Hi I'm going away in March for around 3 months so am renting out my room/house on a quiet road in Crookes. It is a small house suitable for one person. There are times that I will need to come back and stay in the spare room but mostly I intend to be travelling.
The house is a cute and interesting end terrace which is very open plan.
The caveat is that I have an elderly cat you'll be living with so I will need someone to not only love cats but be calm and gentle too.
