I’m only moving out because I’ve recently accepted a new job that requires me to relocate out of the city — otherwise I’d be staying. The housemates are genuinely lovely and welcoming; a mix of students and young professionals who work in different fields. Everyone is respectful, easy to get on with, and the flat has a relaxed, social and LGBTQ-friendly atmosphere.

The flat is in an ideal location — just a short walk to the city centre, transport links and tram stops, so commuting or getting around Sheffield is really convenient. The building itself is quiet and friendly, with nice neighbours and a safe feel.

There’s also access to a garden, which is great for relaxing, studying or socialising when the weather’s good.
