Lovely room in Crookes

Our lovely housemate is moving out, so we have a double room available in our 3 bedroom house in January 2026. The bed frame and mattress come with the room but storage and additional furniture do not. There is a tension rod in the built-in wardrobe space.

The house:
The house is located on a quiet road in Crookes, ideal location for accessing both Crookes high street & Broomhill (and town thanks to bus links). It has a cosy living room and a separate kitchen. We have a washing machine but no dryer. We also have an enclosed patio/garden area behind the house. It's very close to a Sainsburys, Co-op, and greengrocer. There is free non-permit on-street parking. We've already lived here for 18 months and we really love it.

Us:
Our names are Charlotte (26) and Hannah (24). Hannah is a young professional and I am a PhD student. We have a really close friendly dynamic in the house. We often go to the pub together, and to events/gigs, and have friends around for movie nights/dinner.

You:
Ideally someone with a 9-5 schedule, whether that be a masters, PhD study, or a full-time job. Someone looking to make some new friends would be great as we are close mates and would like to maintain the cosy atmosphere in the house.
