Hiya, I'm advertising for a double room in lovely 4 bed house share just around the corner from Endcliffe park, Sharrow Vale road and Ecclesall road! It'll be a takeover on a current tenancy and then hopefully renewing on 21st January :)
The room is £350 a month with roughly £120 of bills on top of that and can be available anytime. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, I'm moving in with my parents, but it means I'm completely flexible with a move in date!
There's 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen/dining room, living room and garden at the back. Also an amazing 2 fridges, dishwasher and dryer (which is honestly such a huge bonus in a shared house). There's also non-permit on-street parking!
The girls in the house are so so nice and everyone gets along and it'd be lovely to have a new housemate that wants the same :) You'll be sharing with Aman, Daneka and Jess. No preference on gender at all, all welcome :)
