Double Room in friendly house in sharrow

I am unfortunately moving out of this 4 person house but hoping to find a student to take my room from January - ideally from around the 10th but can be flexible on this!

All current flatmates are super nice, and always up for a dinner or drink (or a card game!) Everyone is pretty active - all gym goers, climbers, cycling, badminton, running etc. Also into the odd night out!

Great location - close to Sharrow Vale and Endcliffe Park - 30 seconds from Hallam's collegiate campus and walking distance to Uni of Sheffield/Hallam's City Campus and the train station

Having been making the most of the garden whilst I've been here, and being the right side of Sheffield for the Peaks

All bills included in rent, modern bathroom and fully furnished (with nice wooden furniture).
