Looking to keep my house and make some new friends

I am currently living in a house on School Road that I love! I have been here since the start of this academic year and am looking to stay here for next academic year. There are currently 2 rooms available right now, a double and a single. Another double will become available during semester 2 of this academic year as my current flatmate is doing a semester abroad.

I am also looking for 4 new people entirely to fill the house with me for next academic year (starting Sept 2026) so I dont lose the house, I really like it here and the house is lovely! Id be happy to make new friends and make the most of this lovely place for my final year of Architecture Masters.

The 2 rooms available now are a double on the top floor with a bathroom shared with another flatmate, and a single on the first floor with a shared bathroom with me and another housemate. The house is a kitchen and large lounge with L shaped sofa and TV. There is a velux window in the kitchen and a large window to the lounge so this space always feels light but also cosy in winter. There are 2 fridges and a separate freezer. The house has a double bedroom on the ground with its own front door and bay window. 2 bedrooms on the first floor, mine and a single. And two double bedrooms on the second floor.

And a little about me! I am a trans masters student at the university of sheffield studying architecture! I love socialising and enjoy a drink and a nice meal in or out! I love going to the cinema and am always open to trying new things. I am probably going to be quite busy but I keep a good balance of work and social:) I have included a picture of me at Bench in between my mum and sister!
