Hello, I'm currently looking for a female full time student to take over my tenancy at Curbar Apartments!

Curbar Apartments (Endcliffe) which is near to the University of Sheffield campus and city centre

Ensuite with shared kitchen (all with lovely female flatmates)

Tenancy from now until June 2026 (if the tenancy takeover is done before Christmas there will be nothing to pay until the next installment in January!)

£195.51 a week (all bills included)

extremely close to the Village Store, gym access at The Ridge, approximately 20 free washes for laundry

walking distance to the Botanical Gardens, Ecclesall Road and Broomhill

The university is the one that manages the flat so all the tenancy transfers are done through them.
