My current flat mate is moving out so looking for someone to continue sharing with!
Very nice flat in a prime location, close to shops and the city centre, great transport links, overall lovely location. Council tax band C.
En-suite bathroom included, shared living room and kitchen. Building includes a 24/7 gym (free of charge) and a parking lot (charged monthly), as well as a huge roof terrance which is amazing during the warmer months. There is also a communal area downstairs which is great for working from home/studying.
I work party from home and partly from the office so I will be around fairly often, I’m quiet and super clean though and will offer baked goods!!
Ideally looking for a fellow gal to live with, preferably no students, and pets are considered but no dogs I’m afraid.
