Hi there! My name is Zuha, and I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my attic room as I have to move out due to my job (not by choice). The house is ideally located on Ecclesall Road and has four rooms in total. Currently, there is one female and two male flatmates, all professionals who are friendly, respectful, and welcoming.

The house benefits from two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, and a large double-door fridge offering ample space for all flatmates. All bills are included, making living here simple and stress-free.

The attic room comes fully furnished with a double bed, cupboard, dresser, and a study table. The security deposit is £150. Once the replacement contract is completed, the new tenant will be on a rolling monthly contract thereafter.
