En-suite room tenancy takeover – Cornerhouse

I am looking for a replacement student tenant to take over my en-suite room with a shared kitchen at Student Roost Cornerhouse, Sheffield.
This is a tenancy takeover (not a short-term let) and the new tenant must be a student and pass Student Roost checks. The room is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom, with access to a shared kitchen. All bills and broadband are included.
The building is located in the city centre, close to the University of Sheffield, and offers student facilities such as study areas, gym and laundry.
