The room is lovely and large, with a view of a park. The room comes furnished with a double bed, a cupboard, a set of drawers, and a desk and chair.
The house has a shared kitchen and living room, as well as lovely garden. Bills are inclusive, there's a washing machine as well. You're near Ponderosa Park, the Tesco superstore is 5 minutes away, and there's a 24x7 gas station for any immediate needs right next door. Uni of Sheffield is 15 minutes away, Hallam is maybe a 30-minute walk away, but the Shalesmoore tram stop is right next door.
I've been living here for 1.5 years and love the place. Having to give it up since I'm moving.
