Large four double bedroom house with large gardens and parking space to let, including all utilities and fast internet. Only additional cost 25% of council tax.

Double bedroom, available and no plan to let the additional bedroom (though can be made available if you are also a single parent). The main house bathroom is available for your use, 95% exclusively except the odd bath for my son. The house has four reception rooms which include kitchen diner, main sitting room and two additional rooms which are currently an office and a playroom, one of which would be made available to tenant as a personal sitting room and office.

My young son lives with me half the time. I know parents can be biased but he is a wonderful child and a pleasure to have around. I’m probably best described as middle aged but young at heart most of the time. Other than my son and work that take up the majority of my time I’m a keen hiking, podcasts, music and sports fan. Rarely drink at home but not opposed to it, I still enjoy a pub visit and cultural activities including music, comedy and art.

Feels odd to be writing what I’m looking for but I’ll give it a go. A fairly chilled person with good conversation would be nice, acceptance there is a child in the home half the time is most important. Looking for someone older than a teenager but not as old as my parents. Other than that personality and decency counts more than anything else I can think of.

The house and garden does need some cosmetic things doing which your rent will be funding. Overall a modern house in good condition.

The house is four miles from the city centre but has excellent transport links as not a 100 meters from Birley Moor Rd tram stop and supermarkets and shopping centre a mile away.
