Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a lovely, well‑kept flat in Kelham Island.
A bit about me: I work full‑time and usually WFH one or two days a week. I’m easy‑going, tidy, and would really like to live with someone who’s sociable and happy to chat or hang out sometimes. My boyfriend stays over most weekends, but he is really tidy too!
The flat is a great space: quiet, fully furnished, and well maintained, with all the bills included in the price ( city council, energy, water and wi-fi). It's an easy walk from here to city center, and it's less then a 10 minutes walk to the nearest Tesco. Around here there is loads of food spots, coffees, pubs and places to go out. If you’re not familiar with Kelham Island, I’m more than happy to show you around. I've been here for about 3 months and I'm having a great time.
