Two rooms available in house in Meersbrook

Hi! Looking for two housemates to join me in the 3-bed terrace house I’m currently renting on a monthly rolling basis.

Ideally located:
- 5 minute walk to bus stop to town
- Close by to shops and gym (local corner store and Lidl/Heeley retail park)
- Lots of nice cafes and bars close by (Kopi and Chai just round the corner and Wild Loaves a bit further away)
- Right next to Meersbrook park, great for a walk

I work locally in a politics related job and currently working from home. I love cooking and trying new recipes, playing sports like football, yoga, and reading (you’ll have a great selection of books to choose from). I love the occasional pub trip and a glass of wine!

I’m very laidback and would love housemates that are friends too, but like their alone time too.

Room 1 - Rent is £380pcm which includes broadband, energy, water and council tax (Band A). There is also a security deposit of £365.

Room 1 - The bedroom is a cosy double that has wooden floors and a big window making it feel open and airy. The room includes a king size bedframe and mattress, clothes rail, desk and lean-to mirror. There is also a wardrobe just outside the room which can be used for clothes and general storage of belongings.

Room 2 (attic) - Rent is £420pcm which includes broadband, energy, water and council tax (Band A). There is also a security deposit of £365.

Room 2 - Spacious attic room that has carpeted floors and built in storage, double bed, desk, mirror and bedside tables are all included. Great views of Sheffield from the room too.

The kitchen is nice and open and gets a good amount of light in during the day. There is a washer, dishwasher and standard sized fridge/freezer as well as a gas oven with gas hobs if you're into cooking. The lounge is nice and cosy and also gets a good amount of sun throughout the day and has a big tv perfect for watching your shows or films.

There is a small garden space at the rear of the property with wild flowers that look beautiful when they bloom in the spring/summer months.
