Consideration can be made for short or longer lets and there is a minimum stay of 2 nights at a nightly rate of £30 per night. A £500 deposit will be required for stays for a month or more.

A short walking distance from both universities and Sheffield City Centre. If you miss catching one bus there are many other transports that are nearby. There is on-street parking.

Shops and lots of restaurants nearby. There are parks 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the house to get to the Botanical Gardens etc.

This is not a home suitable for a party person and you can’t bring people back to the house.

Must be a clean and tidy person who is happy to do their share of weekly cleaning of all shared areas and own bedroom.
