Large Room, Modern Home, Walk to City

Large room in a freshly renovated home, about 15 minutes walk from the station and city. The house is modern and welcoming, with a few final bits of work to complete.

The room is large and bright, and while it’s missing some furniture and curtains, I’ll go shopping with you to make it perfect for you when you move in.

There is currently a shared main bathroom; however, I'm currently installing an en-suite on to my room so this will soon be private (with the exception for visiting guests, of course).

The main living spaces are clean, open and bright with plenty of space for hanging out or hosting. There is also a cellar and a nearly empty garage if you need some space or have anything you need to store.

I’m a friendly, easygoing guy, ideally looking for someone tidy and considerate. I've had housemates for the last 15 years or so and a mix of guys and girls. I can happily put you in touch with my previous housemates if you want to ask them anything about living with me. We've always got on really well.

I bought this house last year and have been fully renovating it for the last six months. Pretty much everything is brand-new and just needs a few bits of furniture and little bits to finish it off. I've spent a lot (all) of my time and money on the refurb, so I'm also looking for someone who will be respectful of it.

I'm happy for you to make the room your own and to make the living spaces comfortable. I'm an engineer and quite handy so if there are things that need hanging, making, fixing etc. I'm more than happy to do that.

Costs:
- Deposit: 5 weeks' rent
- Rent: £500pcm
- Bills: split evenly, approx. £420 (£210 ea) per month
- Let term: 6 months - I can work with less with at least 6 weeks' notice.
