About the Room:
Large, bright double room (king bed)
Mostly furnished, but I’m happy to go shopping with you to pick out any extra furniture and curtains
Newly renovated

The House:
Clean, open, modern living spaces with plenty of room for relaxing or hosting
Shared main bathroom (for now) — I’m in the process of adding an en‑suite to my own room, so the shared bathroom will soon be mostly yours (except for visiting guests)
Cellar and almost‑empty garage available for storage
Fully renovated over the last 6 months — almost everything is brand new

About Me:
I’m a friendly, easygoing guy, I've had housemates most of my life (both guys and girls). Happy to put you in touch with previous housemates if you'd like to know what it’s like living with me. I’m an engineer and handy around the house—if you need anything putting up, assembling, fixing, or tweaking, I’m more than happy to help.

You’re welcome to make the room your own and help shape the shared spaces to make them comfortable.

Costs:

Rent: £500 per month
Deposit: £500
Bills: Split evenly, approx £200 p/m (winter), £150 p/m (summer)
Let Term: flexible with at least 4 weeks’ notice, 3months+ preferred.
