A room in a Crookes house

We’re two friendly renters looking for a third person to join us in our home from 1st March (flexible). The available bedroom is small, but this is reflected in the very reasonable price, making it a genuine bargain for the area.

The room can be furnished (with furniture available to buy cheaply from the previous tenant) or unfurnished, depending on what suits you best.

While the bedroom is compact, there’s plenty of storage space elsewhere in the house that you’re free to use, and you’d have first dibs on this if you need it.

What really makes this place special is the communal space — the house has a separate living room and dining room, both nicely done and comfortable, so you don’t feel cramped despite the smaller bedroom.

We like the house to feel homely, relaxed, and comfortable. We enjoy socialising with each other and are friendly and easy-going, but we also really respect each other’s space and downtime. We’re looking for someone who’s similar and will treat the house like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

Non-smoker

No pets, unless they’re contained in a tank or cage most of the time

Ideally looking for long-term, though we’d consider short-term for the right person

This would suit someone who values a well-kept shared home, generous communal areas, and great value for money, and doesn’t mind a smaller bedroom in return.
