A bright double room is available on a separate floor from the main bedroom in a clean, well-maintained family home.

The house is located just off Ecclesall Road, close to the city centre and university, with excellent access to shops, cafés, restaurants and local amenities. It’s a popular and convenient area for both professionals and students.

The household is a professional couple with a 6-year-old daughter, so we are looking for a quiet, respectful and tidy female professional or mature student who is comfortable living in a family environment. This is a calm and friendly home, not a party house.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared. We are ideally looking for someone who values a peaceful place to live and is considerate of others.
