The flat is super light and spacious. There isn’t a garden but is a staircase fire exit which we have seating on and gets lovely light in the morning if you like to sit outside with a coffee.

I will be going away for a 1-4 months and am open to any sort of renting in this time frame. The location is brilliant and there is parking behind the flat. It is above shops on Fullwood road so you can get to know the green grocer and people in the post office downstairs.

Flatmates are super laidback, respectful and fun . It is a clean flat. Whether you like to keep yourself to yourself or want to hang out in the evening! One flatmate is a nurse, another works in a pub and another in medical device sales.
They do not smoke inside but don’t mind 420.
