Spacious Double Loft Room in Crookes – March 1st

Hi! I’m looking for a female housemate to rent a large double room in a converted loft in Crookes. This room is available from 1st March.

The room is very bright and spacious. Please note it’s unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished - you’ll just need to bring furniture for your bedroom.

I work fully remote, so I’m around during the day, but I’m out most evenings, meaning you’ll often have plenty of quiet time and space if you enjoy alone time.

I do enjoy having friends round occasionally, so I’d love to live with someone who’s sociable and comfortable with visitors. You’re more than welcome to have friends over too!

I’ve kept the house very tidy over the past year, so I’m looking for someone who’ll help keep the communal areas clean and organised.

About me - I enjoy:

- Hiking and being outdoors

It would be great to live with someone who shares similar interests and is happy to hang out occasionally!

Costs:
- Rent (double room): £497.50 pcm (fixed)
- Council tax: Band B – £185 pcm total (£92.50 each)
- Bills: Not included; average around £85 pcm each (typically lower in summer due to reduced heating use)

Average monthly total: ~£675
