Double bedroom available for rent in Crosspool

Hi, I'm Lauren.

I'm a dietitian working in Sheffield. I'm looking for a lodger who is clean, tidy and respects the house. Initially I would prefer short term i. e. 6 months but if we get on I am happy to consider long term.

I would prefer if we have similar working shifts. I work daytime only and roughly 9-5.

I live on a quiet road close to the hospitals and universities and within walking distance of town. There are also lots of nice shops and cafe's nearby in Crookes, Crosspool and Broomhill.

The room is a double attic bedroom and is fully furnished, we would be sharing a bathroom, kitchen and living area. Bills are included and the room is available from 01/02/26.
