Single room available in lovely cosy home

We have a lovely spare room available in our cosy and friendly home, which we share as two close friends who really value a warm, relaxed living environment.

We are on a quiet street less than a 5 minute walk to the train station, the location is ideal!

We love cooking together, watching TV, reading, playing music, and spending time with friends. That said, we also really respect each other’s need for quiet time and personal space, so the house has a nice balance of social and calm.

About us:

Rosie – Works as a Job Coach and is currently studying for an MA in Arts Psychotherapy.

Ella – Works mostly works from home, so the house is usually calm and settled during the week. Enjoys playing football, exploring the peaks and going to the pub.

We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful, and tidy who’s happy to be part of a relaxed home rather than just a house share.

The bedroom has ample storage and you’ll have full use of the whole house, we spend a lot of time in our living room where there is space for all of us.
Bills are not included but would be between £100/£150.
There is also a basement not pictured with a washing machine.
