Advertising one double room in our light and airy 3-bed flat in the city centre.

One room will be available from the 8th April and comes fully furnished. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other girl who keeps it really tidy.

The rent includes Council Tax and great WiFi. Water and electricity are not included but work out about £90pp a month.

The flat is ideally located in Sheffield's city centre, with the nearest tram stop 2 minutes away and the train station 10 minutes away. UoS students' union is 15 minutes away.

The flat is on the top floor and has so many windows, it basically glows when the sun is up. There's a roof terrace that wraps around the flat and is perfect for drinks on a summer evening. And there's plenty of space if you'd like to grow plants!

The ideal flatmate would be up for making friends and socialising every now and then, and is clean and tidy.

The two current girls you’d be living with are in their mid 20s. Talia works a mix from home and in the office and Catherine mainly works in the office Monday to Friday. Both are really lovely girls and have been fun to live with, if it wasn’t for a new job offer in a different city I’d never want to move out.
