Gorgeous unique house share

Hello my name is Alisia.
I am offering a very unique house share.
Please read MY SITUATION AT BOTTOM.

I have one double room available.
All bills - £850 PM. Price negotiable dependent on circumstances (if you work or stay away for example).

The house is located in a lovely quiet little culdisac 15 minute walk to the Halamshire hospital and near to local transport links. It has parking for 2 cars. Visitors parking. A private south facing garden with a gorgeous 4 person jacuzzi. It has two good size bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The downstairs is all open planned with a conservatory and is fully furnished.

MY SITUATION.
Between my residential job, campervan (festival job) and static caravan i will be returning home a limited amount of times, 1/2 PW mostly alone (Some weeks you wont see me at all) and the plan is to gradually not be there at all - with time and trust.

I have a little girl aged 2.5 who lives between me and her dads and a friendly little cat so its absolutely vital that you like animals and children. I co-create healing/music festivals in the summer and often get free tickets so somebody who became a friend and who would want to venture around with us or holiday with us at our static caravan would be a lovely added bonus too ♡

It is important that you are clean and tidy and would like to stay a minimum of six months. This house share will be perfect for somebody who has a quieter life and who wants to live a bit of comfort for a cheaper price than paying a full house/bills.

No parties
No smoking
Animals will be considered.
