Looking for new housemate - lovely house

Hi, I'm Matt, and with my current housemate moving on I am looking for a new housemate to share this amazing house with.

Double room with private bathroom available in a newly renovated terraced house. Located in Greystones, right next to Endcliffe Park. The room is a large double, with a good sized in-built storage cupboard.

The house features a great kitchen, living room, office room (which can be shared), and dry cellar for storage/bikes/washing machine/tumble dryer etc. There is a small patio outdoor space to the rear. There is free on-street parking. I have lived in the house for the past 3 years and really like living here. The landlord is super relaxed, and has been highly responsive to the small number of issues we have raised through this time.

With only one other housemate (myself) in the upper floor room which has an en-suite, the main bathroom would be private just for yourself.

The house is furnished, with the exception of the bedroom which would be unfurnished (although I can put you in contact with my current housemate and he may be open to leaving some furniture). I'd also be open to you arriving with furniture for the rest of the house if it would upgrade any of the communal areas!

I am a professional working in the city centre every day at an engineering start-up. I have a long history of house sharing in Sheffield and always get along with the people I live with. If you're interested in running, cycling, football, cooking, travelling, or trips to the pub then I'm sure we'll get along.
