📍 Location: The Elements, S2 4FQ (Bramall Lane area – super close to Sheffield Hallam & city centre)
💷 Rent: £109 per week (£4,796 total – ALL bills included)
🛏️ Room: Silver Ensuite (own bathroom, shared kitchen)
👥 Flatmates: 3 girls + 1 boy
📅 Contract: 12 September 2026 – 17 July 2027

✨ Great location for SHU students
✨ Social flat but still your own private ensuite space
I’ve already paid the deposit, and the takeover will be done officially through the accommodation team so everything is secure and straightforward.
I’m only giving this up due to personal reasons — it’s a really good room and price!
