Hi!! I’m looking for a roomate to take the spare room. We will be joint tenants on the tenancy agreement and will half council tax, electric, water and broadband
Me: I’m 27, I work Monday-Friday hybrid. I am quite sociable and enjoy wine nights with friends and watching tv/films in the living room. I am tidy and I would like someone who is around my age and who would like to hopefully become friends so we don’t feel like we are just strangers living together. I am easy going and I enjoy ice skating, the gym and shopping
The room: The room advertised is in the pictures. There are no drawers/wardrobe however I have put a clothing rack in mine which helps or there is space for a desk and some drawers.
Looking for a move in in May 2026. It will be on a rolling contract you would just give the agent 2 months notice if you wanted to leave. I would prefer someone looking to be in 6 months min
