Peaceful home close to the countryside

Located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Grenoside, the house is best of both worlds - close to the countryside plus good transport links both into Sheffield and to the motorway. Recently renovated, there is a large lounge / diner, spacious modern kitchen and loads of natural light. The bedroom is furnished and you’re welcome to use the home office when it’s available. You can also enjoy the garden which is really quiet and relaxing. There’s an extra parking space available on the driveway and space in the garage to store your bike.

I’m often out exploring the outdoors or tending the garden. I’ve had some great house sharing experiences and want you to feel at home. I like to spend time together sometimes as well as spending time on my own and respecting your space - happy to chat about what would work best for us both.

Bills are included, council tax band B, subject to fair use.
