Empty dbl room in sharrow all girl house share

I am moving in with my partner at the start of June so giving up the last couple months tenancy (til Aug 21st) for my room in a 4-bed all girls house share in a fab location just off ecclesall/ sharrow vale road. It is along several major bus routes and walkable to city centre too! This is ideal for someone looking for a short term cheap let whilst figuring something else out. Unsure about staying on next year but the landlord hasn't yet listed the property so it could be an option pending discussions.

It is a double bedroom with a triple wooden wardrobe. Carpeted and gets lots of sunshine through the day. The house has 2 bathrooms including a bath tub, a dishwasher, washing machine and smart TV. There is also a basement which we use for storage and a cute garden out the back with a built-in seat and washing line.

The house is decked out with lovely mid century furniture and plants. The girls are lovely, tidy, chatty and sociable but also respectful of each others space. They are in full time jobs and went to uni in sheff.

Wifi and water bills are included in the rent and we split council tax/gas+electricity between us, which comes to ~£80 p/m. This means it is ~£500 all in every month. We generally take it in turns to buy shared essentials like loo roll and cleaning stuff. On-street permit parking is available.
