Description
IMPORTANT NOTE: We don't live here until July 1st, but we can organize a viewing with the landlord!
The flat is amazing for the price; I don't know how we got away with it. 30 seconds from ALDI and a straight shot up a cycle lane up to the University of Sheffield tram station. Dishwasher, washer dryer, business-class WiFi (thanks to a business next-door), and two separate bathrooms. While there's no photo for the second bathroom, I'm ostensibly picky about them and I can tell you it's Pretty Good.
As roommates, we're both pretty content doing our own stuff but still go out from time to time, though we don't really drink. I'm studying English Language & Linguistics and Ella is studying Plant Sciences. You can expect us both to be pretty quiet and to clean up after ourselves; I was a cleaner before uni, so I'm happy to do the gross cleaning bits and remove spiders.
We're not looking for anything crazy for new roommates. Ideally someone 20-30 y/o, another student would be great, doubly so if you're also queer. We gays gotta stick together, no? I'd really like to be able to share cookware to save on cupboard space, dishwasher space, and money, so no dietary requirements is a massive plus. I'll also cook for you! Helps me eat well.
It's an essay, but if we're gonna be living together for a year or more, it's important to be informed, no? If you have any questions, feel free to message!
