I’m looking for a female university student to take over my tenancy (re-licence) for a silver ensuite room at Sharman Court, 74 Broad Lane (S1 4FA).

Silver room (larger student room category)
Private ensuite bathroom
3/4 (small double) bed
Fitted wardrobe
Plenty of storage: cupboards, shelves, under the bed
Study desk
Located on the 2nd floor
Shared kitchen and living area in a female-only flat

Amenities in the accommodation include: study room, common room, court yard, circuit laundry and much more!

Location:
Short walk to the University of Sheffield
Close to the city centre, shops, and transport links

Tenancy details:

Available: 4th July – 4th September
Rent: ~£120 per week
Council tax band: A (students exempt)
University students only (Council Tax Exemption Certificate required)

The replacement tenant will need to complete the official re-licensing process with the accommodation, including payment of the deposit and first instalment.

Full tenancy takeover preferred; shorter stays may be considered.
