I'm looking for a tenancy takeover for a Silver Studio at Redvers Tower, S1 2FU.

Right in the heart of the city, just next to the Moor, with two big windows overlooking the city.

Features include lots of under bed storage, a big closet, private bathroom, self-contained kitchen and study area.

Unlike most studio flats, this one contains a corridor structure which means the sleeping and living areas aren't right next to each other!

The building also has a cinema room, private lounge, communual kitchen, gym, laundry facilities and onsite maintenance.

For the two months of Summer stay from 6th July - 5th September, it is at a discounted rate of £160 per week, including bills.

It's a lovely space and has treated me well for two years now, but I'm looking at moving in with others.
