Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone friendly and reliable to take over my place in Flat G, Hudson House from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
The rent is £116 per person per week. The flat is shared with other students, so it would suit someone sociable, respectful, clean, and easy to live with.
I’m no longer able to continue with the tenancy because my circumstances have changed, so I’m trying to find a suitable replacement as soon as possible.
