The Math: The official rent under the contract is £600/month (total £1,800 for 3 months). With my £450 cash subsidy, your actual net rent is only £1,350 for the ENTIRE 3 MONTHS! This breaks down to an unbelievable £103/week for 13 weeks (ALL BILLS INCLUDED: Water, Electricity, Gas, High-speed Wi-Fi, and Council Tax)!
