3-person professional houseshare in Greystones

Hi, I'm a current housemate in a 3-person house in Greystones. My two housemates are moving out in August and I already have one interested person for one of the rooms.

There is one bathroom, a back yard, a basement, a small kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The rooms are furnished with a bed, mattress and drawers/wardrobe. We are located near Endcliffe park.

About me - I'm a 29 year old male, full time employed and work from home 2-3 days a week. I'm quite outdoorsy and cycle a fair bit, but also enjoy hiking, climbing, swimming etc... I like cooking and baking bread, and occasionally play board games, make prints, do a bit of woodcarving, lots of hobbies!

I go to bed relatively early and usually rise early ish for work. I'm not interested in living with people who are often up late or noisy, regularly partying etc... please don't message if that's you!

I'm currently away so might be slow to reply.

We are in council tax band A. The total monthly cost including bills is ~£500.
