Double room in 2 bed house

A double room in a 2 bed house! There’s on road free parking, a basement and little shed in the small back yard. There’s a kitchen diner and living room which are both fully furnished (by me!) The double bedroom that will be empty will only have the wardrobe in - so you’d need to get the other furniture for that bedroom.

There’s also a little room that we currently use to dry washing and as a WFH office. The rent is £550 each and then about another £200 for bills inc council tax per month.

I’ve been living in the house for almost two years and it’s in a fab location super near to the Crookes shops.

I’m a secondary school teacher in the north of Sheffield, in my spare time I like to go to the cinema, to my allotment (and in the winter knit), I’m also a vegetarian!
