Central Place (SR) 2nd Floor En-suite Room

I’m looking for someone to replace my tenancy for the 26/27 academic year. The room is on the second floor in a 5-room flat, and includes a small-double bed, an en-suite and desk space. There’s also wardrobe space, drawers and shelves.

There’s free Wi-Fi and all bills are included. The kitchen has a functioning oven, ring hobs and a microwave. There’s also a small balcony to look out into the road on Solly Street. There’s a Circuit Laundry room in the building on the bottom floor. The flat is a <5 minute walk to the University of Sheffield campus. There’s also a Tesco Express on the other side of the Central Place campus, which is a 2-3 minute walk from the flat.

Other flatmates in this flat are likely moving out at the end of this academic year so you’ll likely be greeted with new flatmates in September. Please contact me via email if you’re interested.
