Looking for female professional for 3 bed house!

Hi! We’re two young professionals looking for someone to take over a room as our housemate is moving out. We’re two girls (22 & 24) living just off Hunters Bar/Sharrow Vale area, looking for a third housemate :).

I work full time at the University of Sheffield (hybrid - approx 3/4 days a week in office) and my housemate works for the NHS. We love cooking and eating together, a good craft, as well as spontaneous pub trips and the occasional night out. We’re looking for someone who fits well into the house, and ideally someone we can be friends with as well as live with.

The rent is £466.67 per month, with bills approx £150 per month incl. council tax. (£90 excl. council tax). We also have a spare room that we’re currently using as a work from home office, which you would also be welcome to use if you wfh. The shower and toilet are separate, which helps to minimise needing to use them at the same time! The room is available from 27th July, but we can be flexible with the date if needed :)
