• a living room with large sofa bed and projector
• a bathroom with tub
• a small bricked garden (currently undergoing a glow up)
• a basement for storing some things

The postcode is S6 1SG, and the house is a short walk from bus and tram stops, gyms, supermarkets, the main high street which has more shops like Boots, Specsavers, a plethora of charity shops, and perhaps the best bit about Hillsborough: the park. There’s a weekly Park Run, and Depot cafe at its centre which backs onto the walled garden.

We're looking for someone left-leaning politically, willing to pitch in on house chores, and up for the occasional bit of socialising like dinners, movies, etc.
