Attic room in friendly Sharrow Vale houseshare

We are three professionals gals looking for a fun and tidy new flatmate for a bright attic bedroom in our four bed terrace as our current flatmate is sadly moving in with their girlfriend!

Between us we have a broad range of hobbies from cycling, hiking, running, and all things outdoors in the peaks, to music, cooking, reading, and crafting! We love flat dinners, pub trips, or movie nights together and are looking for a flat mate that would enjoy this too, as well as having our own hobbies and interests outside the house :) We also like to keep our space clean and tidy so it's a calm home to come back to relax in!

Bills are c. £100pp/pm but vary with the season so can be less, the two parking permit for the house are taken but additional ones can be gained for cases such as medical professionals, or there is lots of non-permit parking a few minutes walk away. Room with be painted and refreshed before new Tennant moves in :)
