A spacious double room is available in a warm, welcoming student house due to the current occupant securing a placement out of the area.

The room is generously sized, faces onto the garden, and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and mirror. The shower room on the same floor is shared between just three people.

The house itself is fantastic. The ground floor has a large open-plan living space with a dedicated double set of everything in the kitchen – two ovens, two hobs, two sinks and two fridges – so there’s never a queue at busy times. There’s also a downstairs loo. No bedrooms on the ground floor means the communal space stays social rather than awkward.

The seven current housemates are a friendly mix of two guys and five girls studying medicine, speech and language therapy, and architecture – so a sociable but studious bunch.

The house is warm throughout and has brilliant shower pressure – both things you only appreciate once you’ve lived somewhere that doesn’t! It’s in a quiet area with local amenities just a 5-minute walk away.
