We are looking for a girl to take over a tennancy for the 2026/27 academic year in a lovely 6-bed student flat at Egerton House (S1 4JX), in Sheffield city centre.

We are a group of 5 girls going into second year at the University of Sheffield. We’re a friendly, sociable group and enjoy spending time together, whether that’s movie nights, meals out, coffee trips, pub trips or nights out.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and easy to get along with
- Clean and tidy in shared spaces
- Happy to be part of a relaxed and respectful household

- Egerton House, Sheffield City Centre (S1 4JX)
- 6-bedroom student flat
- You’ll share a bathroom with one other girl
- Large shared kitchen/living area
- Walking distance to both the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam
- Bills included
- Tenancy: 2 July 2026 – 25 June 2027
- Approx. £139 per week including bills
