Student bedroom with lovely housemates!

Hi there,
I’m moving out of my room as I’m taking a gap year to travel (kind of a last minute decision). I have lived in this house during the 2025/ 2026 and thought I would carry on the tenancy but life has got in the way! Two of my housemates lived there already and the other girls are super nice people! The location is great if you want to enjoy the student life in Crooksemoor whilst still enjoying a good nights sleep as it sits just off of the main road. The house also includes a back garden and a BBQ which is incredibly nice in the spring/ summer. The room has a toilet/ shower on the same floor and the whole house includes 3 toilets and 2 showers. Only a 2 minute walk from Sainsbury’s, 5 minute walk from Crookes Valley Park, 5 minute walk from The Wave, and a 12 minute walk from the Student’s Union. I’ve absolutely loved living here and I hope you will too!
