4th flatmate needed-to start Sep 26’

Hi everyone, me and my 2 housemates (one girl & one boy) are looking for someone to move in to our new house starting September due to our other friend recently dropping out of uni.

The first payment has already been made so the rent for you would be £3510 across the academic year starting from Sep-July 27’, which is paid in 3 instalments.

Bills are paid separately, which is £112.66pp a month.

We are all 19-20 yrs old and going into second year uni at Hallam, studying at collegiate and main campus, the house is in a perfect location and very spacious.
