Double Bedroom in victorian property

Bedroom includes a double bed (brand new), a bedside table and quad-wardrobe.
Bed will be cleared and the wall painted before you move in!

Space for own desk/extra furniture if wanted.
You will need your own bedding as I don't provide this.

The house has 4 x bedrooms, as well as a shared dining area, kitchen and living room, and 2 x shared bathrooms (you'll mostly have the upstairs bathroom to yourself as I have an ensuite but it will be shared if I have guests or if I need to access the storage in there).

Rent includes bills (wifi, gas/elec, water, council tax).

Great garden area but this is working progress!! Much of the house is a working progress due to only recently moving in.
On-street parking is free, as is the car park right opposite the house.

Lodging is roll-on monthly until either party gives notice.
Whilst I'm ok with smokers, I don't want smoking on the property at all.
