The house has a shared living room, kitchen, conservatory, bathroom, basement for storage and a good-sized garden. It’s in a great location, only a few minutes’ walk from Endcliffe Park, shops, cafés, pubs and bus routes into the city centre, and around 10 minutes from the Peak District.

Bills are split equally between everyone living in the house.

We’re a friendly, easy-going house and like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. Everyone gets on well and respects each other’s space, so it’s a relaxed place to live.
