Large Double Room in Banner Cross

Large double room available in a house in Banner Cross between 24th Aug. & mid-Nov. 2026. I understand you probably won't want the room for exactly these dates, so ping me a message with what you need and I'll see if it works! I can be quite flexible with viewings.

Located on Blair Athol Road. Free parking available on the street.

This is a sub-let as a lodger (I'll be away travelling), and you would be living with one other person - my best friend Dan (27 y/o) who owns the house.

We've recently moved into the place so still a few boxes & gubbins hanging around in the images, and not everything is in its final place yet.

Room comes furnished as in the pictures. Some items such as kitchen utensils, pots/pans, crockery, etc. I am happy to leave for your use or store away depending on what suits best. You'll have a full double cupboard for storing food in the kitchen, as well as fridge space.

The house has:
- 2 bedrooms
- office (Dan's work-from-home room)
- shared bathroom
- en-suite bathroom (Dan's)
- living room
- dining/kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher)
- cellar (easily accessible via stairs, clean. Freezer stored in here)
- garden

Both of us are climbers and usually spend a lot of time outdoors. Not exactly party animals, but will have friends round maybe once a fortnight for drinks/food/games. Similar sort of frequency for the pub.

Really just looking for a normal, friendly, clean person who will look after the place - most important is that you & Dan don't clash on personalities.

Definitely no smoking indoors.

Rent includes all bills.
