** Your Room:
• Fully furnished with plenty of storage, including a large ottoman storage bed, chest of drawers and two spacious wardrobes.
• Recently renovated throughout with new carpets and fresh paint. The bed and mattress are brand new.

** Your bathroom:
• Good level of specification bathroom, kept to super high quality standards, looks similar to a hotel.
• Lots of storage in the bathroom shelves, and a full sized bath.
• There are two bathrooms in the apartment, you will have exclusive access to your own bathroom and it will not be shared.

** Bills & Amenities:
• Electricity, water and high-speed Wi-Fi are all included.
• Full-time students are exempt from Council Tax. If you are not a student, you would be responsible for 50% of the Council Tax, so preference is given to students.
• The apartment has a washer dryer and drying racks for you to use if needed.
• You will have use of the kitchen, with plenty of storage as it is mostly empty as I do not keep any cooking ingredients.

** Requirements:
• Single occupancy only (no couples).
• Clean, tidy and respectful.
• No smoking, drugs or pets.
• Must have the legal Right to Rent in the UK.
• A student would be the ideal lodger, although I am happy to consider other suitable applicants.

** About Me:
• I’m a busy professional who travels frequently, including spending extended periods outside the UK, so I’m often away. Having lived in several countries, including China and the US, I’m comfortable with people from all cultures and backgrounds.

• I live alone, so you would only be sharing the apartment with me.

** Availability:
• The room is available immediately. I’m in no rush to fill it and would rather wait for the right lodger. Before agreeing to anything, I’d like to have a chat and arrange a viewing to make sure it’s a good fit for us both.
